I met Dr. Smith while in Williamson Hospital ER. Although I didn’t know it, my circumstances were critical and required emergency surgery. I am so grateful that he was the surgeon on call that night. Upon his arrival to meet with me, I found his bedside manner to be incredible: Kind and thorough, as well as extremely knowledgeable. His manner helped me relax during difficult circumstances. Dr Smith was referral from my PCP. Ftom the time I walk into the office, I was impressed with how the registration personnel was very friendly and courteous. The wait time to see Dr Smith was very quick. Once the nurse took my vitals, PA game in and asked me questions and examined me, Dr Smith came in to discuss my issue and talked about the procedure, I felt very comfortable with Dr Smith and his staff.
Very satisfied with my results. Highly professional and calming nature doctor. Was very thorough during his evaluation and my surgery site looks excellent. Highly recommend and would go back again if needed

Dr. Smith is a tremendously talented surgeon and professional. He has great communication skills and truly cares about his patients. I have seen him multiple times and believe he is one of the best doctors in the Middle Tn Area. I would highly recommend him!
He was so thorough. Has great bedside manner. Kind, patient and informative. Would highly recommend.
With the exception of Kim, the scheduling nurse, the doctor and staff were great. Kim was more interested in getting the next two patients scheduled than she was in making sure she had accurate information for my elderly dad and we understood what my dad would need to do the night before and morning of his surgery. When I tried to ask questions, I was informed she had two patients waiting and the implication was that we needed to move on.
Dr Smith was highly recommended by my primary Healthcare doctor. It was clear why he recommended him. Dr Smith was very attentive and asked many questions to ensure he diagnosed my health condition and has scheduled surgery in a timely manner to get my quality of life back.
Dr. Smith and his staff are fantastic!!! My surgery could not have gone better, in my opinion. I would definitely, definitely recommend Dr. Smith wholeheartedly.
