I am absolutely appalled by my encounter with Dr. White and her office staff. I HIGHLY recommend that you do not go to this gynecologist. Every time I have had an appointment, it has always been over an hour wait. One time, they scheduled me to see a tech who was not even in the office. I have had several issues with them billing me incorrectly, and them having to reimburse me. They staff ask you personal questions in a common area where everyone can hear your answers (abortions, STDS, ect.). The walls are also so thin, that... read more
Ive had a poor experience just about every time I've seen Dr. White. Yet, I still go to her due to not knowing where else to go to a female OB in town. Her wait time always exceeds an hour, and her nurse is nasty mean. I have truly never felt as uncomfortable at a doctors office / with a doctor in my life. I am looking forward to getting a new one finally this year!
I was scheduled to see her. I waited for over an hour. When I was called in the room, I waited for 20-30 minutes. The nurse came in and stated Dr. White has left for the day. TOTALLY unprofessional. All I got was excuses and a reimbursement. I will never step foot in that office again. POOR customer service all around!
Dr. White is very short tempered. I've met with her multiple times, and each time I am rushed out of my appt. after waiting for over an hour to be processed through her office. I usually meet with her for 15 mins until she over talks you and rushes out the room to her next appt. I have a procedure I need to schedule with her, but i'm not confident in her performance or comfortable with her at all. Currently looking for a new Gynecologist.
Please listen. This was the worst doctor's experience I have ever had. The nurses were nasty, the wait time exceeded an hour and a half 50% of the times I went there, the delivery was... Let's just say I'm still feeling the repercussions of the job poorly done. Dr. White is smart enough to do a better job, she just thinks the job is too easy and doesn't give the time and care that each patient deserves.
I have been with Dr. White now for about almost 2 years. She explains information so you can understand. Great bedside manners. All around Great Doctor.
