Annual checking, always wait more than an hour above. Crazy!! Today....spent me 2 hrs!!!!!!
My mother-in-law has been taken Ambien prescribed by Dr. Shong for years. The pills are not as effective as they used to be. So one of the doctors (Dr. Shong is too busy to see my mother in law) in that office prescribed clonazePAM on top of Ambien about 6 weeks ago. She almost KILLED my mother-in-law. She didn’t even realize these two medications are not good combination. Dr. Shong is good, but office not very efficient. Always need to wait at least an hour before can see the doctor even with an appointment .
Be prepared to wait a long time for one minute of her time if even get to see her.
Front desk is rude and not professional. I will not recommend anyone to this place. They will ask u to sit down and wait for hours for a simple reply.
