I am highly disappointed with the unethical billing practices and lack of proper care at this clinic. The office forces patients to make in-person appointments just to get lab results or pick up basic letters purely to bill insurance for extra visits. Making a patient who clearly has trouble getting around travel to the clinic for a simple report is completely unprofessional. They also make numerous unnecessary referrals to outside specialists, which raises strong suspicions that the doctor is receiving financial kickbacks. ... read more
The front staff is great. They’re not rude, just efficient because of the insane amount of patients. The whole staff is helpful, and Dr Shong is someone I would entrust my family with. Just be aware it can take a while to see the doc
Annual checking, always wait more than an hour above. Crazy!! Today....spent me 2 hrs!!!!!!
My mother-in-law has been taken Ambien prescribed by Dr. Shong for years. The pills are not as effective as they used to be. So one of the doctors (Dr. Shong is too busy to see my mother in law) in that office prescribed clonazePAM on top of Ambien about 6 weeks ago. She almost KILLED my mother-in-law. She didn’t even realize these two medications are not good combination. Dr. Shong is good, but office not very efficient. Always need to wait at least an hour before can see the doctor even with an appointment .
