After 6 months of waiting for my initial appointment, they cancelled it without explanation. When I called to to reschedule, the office staff could not reschedule for another 7 months! They told me that they would have to talk with Dr. Slagle but never returned my calls...I called three times and spoke with three different people. How awful! This situation shouldn't happen to anyone else...avoid scheduling with Dr. Slagle as he obviously does not need your business and has no interest in following thru on a professional comm... read more

It took a long time to get an appointment with this doctor. (7 months) I was only able to see him for an initial consultation before my insurance was cancelled. He seems to be better that harmony Healthcare and seems to know more than the average psych doc. Now that my insurance has been reinstated I plan on returning. Hopefully i can get a soon appointment
Saw this jerk in 1996. Told him about my problems but he didn't care. Spent 10 minutes with him and he billed my insurance 300 bucks. He didn't even listen to my concerns. Dressed like he was late for a tennis game. He is a QUACK!!!! Let me think I was dying because he was afraid of being sued. STAY AWAY!!
The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it
