To be honest, I don't know much about Dr. Patel because I only see her when my exam is done and she came out reading my result. Her office staffs are horrible, 1 they don't answer their phones , 2 if you try to reach their billing department the calls will go straight to their answering machine. They never call you back even if you leaved them numeral messages. To top it up the billing department don't know their billing codes. How can a doctor's office not answer their phones??? I finally went to the office when they wouldn't return my calls and am told billing is outsourced. My insurance company is also trying reach them and figure out why there are services I didn't have listed on my bill and why they are had me pay a flat $150 extra for 3-d mammograms and ultrasounds, which ARE covered under my plan. If you have also had similar experiences with this office, please take a few minutes to file a complaint.
