Very pleased with the professional care I've received at Dentistry of Va. Beach. The dentist and entire staff are courteous and professional at the same time. The appointments have always started on time and been completed in a timely manner. Very clean office, with the latest equipment!
Dr. Palaez and his staff are outstanding! The staff is very welcoming, personable, and go above and beyond to accommodate patient needs. As for Dr. Palaez, he is an exemplary dentist. His knowledge and enthusiasm for his work is really admirable. He is kind, takes the time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable. This was my first visit @ Dentistry of Virginia Beach and I was very happy with the care I received. Very glad that my husband and I switched our care here.
I was having severe tooth pain for over a week, I called the office and was worked in right away. I am a new patient to this office and everything was very quick and easy. I did not feel any pain at all through the whole process, even when Dr. Pelaez was numbing me. He took the time to explain everything to me and before I knew it my tooth was out. I don't think I was at the office for 45min from start to finish. This was an emergency situation and I was in a lot of pain, Dr. Pelaez made this a great and painless experience.... read more
