Dr. Kovalchuck is the best. He is gentle and patient as well as super knowledgeable. I'm so glad I have him as my dentist!
It is a pleasure to go to Dr. Kovalchuk's dental practice. One is always treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Dr. Kovalchuk is a first class dentist and pays attention to every detail to make sure there is a happy patient at the end of the visit
I think Dr. Kovalchuk DDS is a wonderful, kind and knowledgable dentist. I like him very much and I know he is a smart guy. HE is also very attentive and sympathetic. My only concern is about the office in general, which seems to have pretty old equipment including rather antiquated Xray technology. He does except my discount insurance plan, and that is great. I have been a patient of Dr. Kovalchuk’s for a year and a half. The entire office staff is exceptionally professional and friendly.

Given the amount of specialty dental work I need, I really checked out dentists. I am now comfortable that I have finally found a dentist that knows what is necessary and what is not, and can deliver. Going to Dr K will lessen my anxiety and am comfortable knowing I am in good hands.
Office Mgr & Dental Asst (both named Helen) were warm, welcoming & professional. I instantly felt at ease being that I hadn’t been to a dentist for years (due to poor experiences). And Dr Kovalchuk was exceptional in terms of bedside manner - patience with and answering of onslaught of questions as well as gentle yet thorough cleaning. I wish I had found him much earlier!
I've never had a dentist take the time to go over and explain x-rays in as much depth for a simple teeth cleaning as Dr Kovalchuk. Very impressive! Also, for someone who gets nervous with doctor/dentist appointments, the view of Mt Tam from the dentists chair was a very zinful touch
It's apparent that Dr. Kovalchuk is highly skilled and a bit of a perfectionist. He explains what he's going to do and checks in frequently. His support team is always friendly--it is apparent that they like working there and that they're engaged.
