They are always friendly and do a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth.
Wow, Elizabeth as a hygienist was fabulous. Incredibly thorough, and also very empathetic in terms of making sure I was comfortable (she was doing some deep cleaning). She's already gotten me on a path to regular flossing (as long as I keep it up), which no one has been able to do for 40+ years.
Always consistent, Dr. Kovalchuk is always pleasant, thorough, informative, and steady-handed. He will always answer your questions in detail. He does a great job, and I highly recommend him!!

First visit, can be intimidating.. this was not.. I was made comfortable by a technician, explained her procedures, and took care of me with no fuss.... Dr. Kovalchuk was experienced and informative.. I like people who think of solutions.. Thank you very much!

I am not sure if the Doctors team all quit on him the week before I came for the first time, but the entire support staff seemed uneducated and admitted that they had only been working at the office a few days. The Hygenist did a quick and poor job polishing and flossing my teeth. I almost told her I would floss myself at home. The Doctor is friendly and good at what he is doing but he needs the office to get on the same page.
