Dr. Kovalchuk is a very gentle dentist who treats his staff courteously at all times. Unfortunately I can't say the same about other dentists I have seen! Beautiful scenery to watch while you're in the chair--even though the office is just off the Seminary exit. All the equipment is up to date. A pleasant atmosphere all around.
I recently had a 'deep cleaning' done by Elizabeth at Dr Kovalchucks office. Im not someone who writes reviews but felt that the amazing experience I had needed to be voiced. She came out and greeted me at reception giving me a quick overview to make me feel comfortable. When I got in the chair she proceeded to tell me in great detail all that she was going to do. When I got married in 2017 my husband referred me to Dr. Kovalchuk, and he doesn't refer lightly. I had quite a bit of work done last year and I'm, extremely satisfied with the care I've received. I appreciated that Dr. Kovalchuk sets up a full treatment plan, and recommends, but doesn't pressure you, he lets you be a major part of the process. And, for the staff they're all lovely pleasant professionals.
