the dr. is wonderful, very professional the hygienist exceptional, after having trough the nightmare of 4 other offices this office worked out to my expectations, otherwise i would had to go back to santa barbara to get my teeth cleaned
I love Dr. K. and his team. He is a gentle, intelligent dentist, and explains all procedures to me in language I can understand. He has state of the art technology, making crowns, etc., an easy process. He never tries to sell me services that I have not inquired about which I appreciate. His team is very friendly, and always willing to help.
I appreciate doctor Kovalchuk's gentleness and how professional he is. I will I can trust him a lot. However, I dont feel welcomed by the staff, and the reception staff saw me came in and did not say hi or let me know I need to wait for 20 minutes. One of the assistants always made me feel scared. She never smile, and made me feel that I have done something wrong. I want to go back to Dr. Kovalchuk, however I don't want to be treated unfriendly by the staff.
By far the best dental experience I've ever had. My wife and I will never go anywhere else.
Dr. Kovalchuk provided me with fine, professional and courteous service. Although I only came in for a teeth cleaning and first consultation, he personally attended me with detailed care and attention. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Professional, friendly and courteous staff, from Helen the Receptionist, to Caroline the Dental Hygienist and, of course, Dr. Kovalchuk, who is an excellent dentist. So happy I found this wonderful local practice in Mill Valley, after trekking across the GG Bridge for the past 30 years to see a dentist!
