They charged me an estimate of a procedure, insurance ended up not covering a portion of it, they never attempted to call me, supposedly they sent me a bill at a old address from many years ago, but they also had my updated address, that's where I was confused so wrote it off as a lost, the amount was very little, but now I have to deal with debt collectors, which lowered my credit score, It's something I take very seriously. I never missed a payment on anything, I have a multi family house, 3 cars. I wish i got a courtesy call from this business so they can get paid for the procedure, I paid the day of, but then a year later i find about an imaginary bill, When I asked him the first time they had no idea what the charge was for. Bad communication, they had my email, and cell phone because I get txt alerts and emails from them all the time. Service has been great, but missing with peoples credit is not good at all!

My experience at Dr. Dental was so good because doctors at Dr. Dental are amazing. They make sure that you would not feel while they are cleaning, removing teeth, or anything else. Dr. Dental is cheaper than any other dental care as I know. I recommend anyone to go there, it doesn't matter if it's kid or adult.
