Not only was their advice completely unbiased, it was practical, realistic advice that I could implement into my everyday life, and it worked. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected
