This office is horrible, they never answer the phone, and they are suppose to help their patients and they just give you the boot if you start having struggles. I suggest finding another doctor who actually cares about you, they are strictly about money, making sure you pay before you go in and see them. I hate when they call a prescription in also, they always say they are calling it right in and I would go to pharmacy and wait, then try to call to confirm they understand I am waiting and again no answer on the phone. Impossible to contact. Vilate was suppose to transfer a Rx to my family doctor and has failed to do that, resulting in my not able to get refills. Suggest you find another doctor.
it's not easy to get an appointment almost impossible if your on medications you can't get as prescribed because you can't get a refill on time, so your off medications for months at time
The staff in this establishment are rude to clients and it is impossible to speak to ANYONE over the phone. Phone message require a "code number" and then disconnects you. I have major problems getting prescriptions being call in correctly and the staff won't help fix it even after the pharmacy calls and informs the receptionist of problems.
