Dr. Ansello is an awesome oral surgeon. She performed wisdom teeth extractions on myself and my two siblings. The staff was very friendly and all three of us had no complaints. Luckily all three of us healed quickly, as opposed to other people whom had different experiences with there wisdom teeth extractions. I would defiantly recommend Dr. Ansello to friends and family!
Had an abcessed molar removed. This all went very smoothly. The office assistants and nurses were very helpful as was Dr.Dawn Ansello.
I was looking for someone to pull a tooth. That rude receptionist looked up my name and in a nasty voice said "You cancelled an appointment here 5 years ago!" Sorry that I cannot tell you about the Oral Surgeon because after hearing that, I said goodbye. My question is why would a person who offers a service which most people are squeamish about employ such a rude and nasty person!
Dr. Ansello was very sweet and knowledgeable. She explained the surgery and possible effects in an easy to understand way. Everything went smoothly. The only downside to the experience was one receptionist. She was very rude every time I came in and made inappropriate comments about my insurance and surgery loudly in front of other patients. Her attitude was very frustrating and she initially made it very difficult for me to get in for my appointment.
Dr. Ansello was very professional yet very caring; she made me feel less nervous about having my wisdom teeth out. The procedure went so smoothly, and her demeanor really made me feel as if I was in good, competent hands.
I literally almost died because of her inability to properly read an x-ray. She extracted one of my molars that she couldn't tell was abcessed from the x-ray she took moments before it was pulled. I ended up in emergency surgery two days later needing a tracheotomy because I couldn't breathe. Highly NOT recommended.
I went there, recommended I may add and it was alet down from moment one! The person at the front desk was RUDE beyond rude! It was al about the money not the person. I will never go back there again to be treated in the manner this so called woman treated me! DISGUSTING!
We had gone to this office for a minor surgery for our one week old baby.Dr Dawn was very good and did an awesome job. Only downside was a rude receptionist. baby was just one week old and therefore SSN and insurance card were not in yet eventhough both of our insurance cards were in place. Insurance company told her on phone to use our card number till they mail baby's card still she insisted on full payment. Other reviewers here rate the staff well so perhaps my experience has been unique. One of the receptionists I met was incredibly rude to me as soon as she found out my family would be paying expenses out of pocket. I'm a young adult, but this woman treated me like an indigent child. She was rude and embarrassed me in front of other patients.
