She's very good and is friendly. Had impacted wisdom teeth removed with her and was pleased.
Zero star review. Stay away from Dr Ansello. Her office is old, and so is the equipment. She spends 90% of the 5 minute apt talking about the costs and how much $ you need to pay up front, and barely looks at your teeth. In addition, the apt was 5 minutes but I was surprised with a large invoice , I was given the impression that the consultation was part of the procedure and billed through insurance, but not true and now I owe big bucks for absolutely zero results! Terrible office, Stay Away!
Stay far away from this office. Read everyone's reviews. The receptionist should never ever be working with Patients. Matter of fact, she should be turned in to some Dental Board. The ruddist, meanest, and she lies, absolutely not kidding. That women bold out lies. Save yourself or family the worst experience ever. Go somewhere eles.
Dr. Ansello is terrific. Both of my children have had teeth remove by Dr. Ansello, and we were very pleased with the way they were treated during the evaluation appointment, the procedure, and the follow-up visit. We recommend Dr. Dawn A. Ansello highly.
Dr. Ansello is a really great doctor, kind, caring, and understanding. Her front end staff is questionable. The woman who took my appointment and greeted me when I walked in had a horrible attitude and didn't seem to want to ease my nerves by helping me understand how it would work with insurance. Once I was in the chair both Ansello and her nurse were very kind and got to know me.
From beginning to end it was a painful experience. Receptionist was an idiot. Never could figure out my insurance, had to do everything myself.
I have seen Dawn several times and she has been great.
I don't know who the "women" is out front. But she is rude! I will not be back ! Spoke to me as if I were an " ignorant" child. All she cared about was the money. It was horrible. I'll take my business else where.
I saw Dr Ansello today for the 4th time. Every time I have been in she and her staff have been friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, understanding of my extreme dental-phobia! Today was a scheduled visit, but the last time I had to have a tooth extracted (and needed to be put under) my appointment was 2 weeks away when the tooth stayed giving me unbearable pain.
