Waited an HOUR before being seen. After I was roomed, only 5-10 min. Dr was nice, explained my condition, and treated. Will see if treatment works.Office was packed and seemed very overwhelned.
I’m an orthopedic surgeon and recently brought my son to Dr. Bierbrauer for hand surgery. To make it clear, I am not in Dr. Bierbrauer‘s group nor am I one of his partners. I practice separately from him in a different state. Several years ago I had the opportunity to observe Dr. Bierbrauer performing surgery. In my opinion, he is one of the finest hand surgeons that I have known in my 30 yrs as an Orthopedic surgeon working in several different states over my career. His reputation is beyond reproach. I’ve been treated by others for my condition and can recognize someone who cares about my issues and thoroughly enjoys being a physician Dr Brierbaurer was a great help and someone I would trust for continued care
My appointment was at 8:40. I was there early late we as patients are supposed to be right? Well anyway I didn't get to see the Dr until after 10. I was in the room so long that the motion sensor turned out the lights in the room!!! I had to stand up for them to come back on. Really! When I said something to the Dr he just said ya we are running late, no apologies at all, just a' do you still want to be seen'. Waited over an hr. to see the doctor, who was unapologetic about the delay.
The doctor was, and always has been very professional with me and very courteous. He is very knowledgeable about what he does, and always makes you feel comfortable when you’re with him. He took care of my condition to my full satisfaction! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
Customer service was excellent, the doctor himself is very knowledgeable, helpful, explained everything, very friendly. Great personality. He has performed surgery on me several years ago and I’m back because of him. Would not think twice about recommending him.
The doctor was very clear in explaining my condition, treatment and what to expect after the treatment. Everyone I dealt with was kind and efficient.
