Have seen Dr Bierbrauer for years for my hands. He is no nonsense friendly, smart and has an impeccable reputation. My hands are old and have been used and used and used. When I had my left thumb palm area operated on it was scary. I did everything according to the plan Dr Bierbrauer made for me! My thumb got better and better. Now I’m doing my dominant thumb. I wouldn’t have another dr look at my old hands. As far as office staff and techs go. Cornerstone is very professional, and respectful. They were a little short handed ... read more

Wife had an arthritic condition in her thumb joint. Chronic thumb/wrist pain persisted following surgery (pain described as the feeling you get when you bump the nerve in your elbow). Surgeon stated she suffered from CRPS which I guess is common when surgery has gone wrong. Nearly a year after surgery and many shots in her neck in attempt to reset a nerve bundle branch had no positive outcome. Long story short - another surgeon operated again and confirmed a severed nerve which was not repairable. Wife’s career as a firefigh... read more

I had an unusually long wait and had to go ask the front desk if I’d been forgotten… then another disproportionately long wait once in the exam room, but I went to get relief for painful arthritis in my hand and Dr Bierbrauer knew exactly what to do and how to explain it and, after all is said and done, that’s why I was there.

Professional, competent and thorough. Took as much time as necessary to answer my many questions. I left the appointment feeling confident that I will be in good hands for my carpal tunnel procedure. My appointment was later in the day and did have to wait over an hour to be seen, I noticed several other reviews mentioned a similar situation. No explanation why.

I have had 4-5 appointments and I have had to wait 45 min to a hour everytime. Apparently no one else's time matters.

Dr. Bierbrauer is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained the process prior to surgery then went to work. The incision was done in the perfect location to allow for faster healing and recovery. As a result I experienced less swelling/trauma. I am proud Dr. B. Was my surgeon. Lord Bless his skills and easy going persona. Thank you!

Waited an HOUR before being seen. After I was roomed, only 5-10 min. Dr was nice, explained my condition, and treated. Will see if treatment works.Office was packed and seemed very overwhelned.

I’m an orthopedic surgeon and recently brought my son to Dr. Bierbrauer for hand surgery. To make it clear, I am not in Dr. Bierbrauer‘s group nor am I one of his partners. I practice separately from him in a different state. Several years ago I had the opportunity to observe Dr. Bierbrauer performing surgery. In my opinion, he is one of the finest hand surgeons that I have known in my 30 yrs as an Orthopedic surgeon working in several different states over my career. His reputation is beyond reproach. The experience we had ... read more
