Our first visit he was very rude and arrogant for the whole two minutes We got to see him. The next visit over two hour wait in the waiting room and a half hour wait once we got back in the doctors office. After carpal tunnel surgery, I can’t seem to get a hold of anybody to know when the stitches come out, this is been a truly awful experience
I had right tricep surgery. Even though I some complications, I always felt well taken care of and that I was in very capable hands.
Compassion, friendly.
Dr. Bierbrauer was great! I broke my wrist in July and the team was quick to get me in for my first appointment, schedule multiple follow-up visits quickly and around my schedule, and helped get me back using my wrist in 6 weeks with the help of the amazing PT office next door! Dr Bierbrauer did a fantastic job on my wrist and elbow, explained all the steps leading up to surgery. Surgery was successful and already gaining feeling back on my fingers, almost full motion in my elbow and it's only been 2 weeks. I know not all will heal quickly but I have so far and Dr Bierbrauer couldn't have done a better job. Thank You.
Dr Brierbrauer is a wonderful doctor; always so pleasant and caring. I have been going to him for many years and I highly recommend him.

This after he did not even bother to remove the bandage to actually assess the finger. He was condescending, rude and arrogant. I did find other patient reviews describing a very similar experience with this guy. I guess since she did not need surgery he had no interest in actually as... read more
