Staff is rude with Dr Desari s office, claims I canceled and had multiple no shows , plus very accusatory, not very sensitive or sympathetic to my situation, all they care about Is policy , and said it was in 200, who remember s that far back what they said or did, I don't, and I have multiple learning disabilities , and they didn't care, and so what is that telling everyone, they don't give rats behind about nobody or anything but their stupid policies, I'll never attend any place of their fa... read more

Had good care, the first month. Now I have been trying to get my pain meds and muscle relaxers refilled for well over a week now with no reply from no one at oio. Have called and left messages,but no reply

I needed back surgery and was referred to doctor at Lima OIO. From the start he was rude. Acted like I was bothering him. He did one surgery and had to do a second surgery because of a fracture from putting a screw in. Then after second surgery still could not walk. I won't go into detail about conversation at follow up but he basically abandoned me. I have had to go to another doctor fix his mess. I will be contacting Ohio medical board. The other staff was always nice. Will not go back.
