Dr. Levy is very caring. I've been to him twice so far and he was always very nice . Great Dr.
Had a wonderful experience here as a first-time patient. I was seen by the Nurse Practitioner and she is wonderful. She covered all ground and also was very compassionate.
Dr. David Levy was exceptionally kind, attentive, and convincing toward the most anxious patient - me. He viewed my films, talked about his impressions of the films, asked me several questions, wanted to get the total picture. When we reached the point at which the colonoscopy was recommended, I felt free to tell him my concerns both about the violence of the previous prep in 2019 and some bleeding I'd endured in the test two times prior. So friendly and caring!
1 star because we had to wait 2 hours and 15 miniutes past the scheduled time for procedure. Absolutely not impressed. He would get 5 stars otherwise. Any doctors office in the UPMC network are ruthless when it comes to being late or missing an appointment...they should live up to their own expectations.
