Dr. GUAN Did something doctors don't normally do. I was so impressed! My physician reached out for a pulmonologist and Dr. GUAN answered. He took his time to call on a Saturday , call me Monday morning to confirm my appt. And jumped thru hoops to get me on schedule for procedure. He also called the next day to personally check. I went to Tennova At Turkey Creek. This doctor and staff renewed my faith in the medical community! Thank you so so much . Dainia Adams

Inconsiderate. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Absolutely would not use this dr if you can help it.
This physician and his office would not respond to his patient’s phone calls or voicemails. My son was in desperate need for an appointment to get a duplicate script for hIs CPAP machine. His had broke and was under recall. They knew his O2 levels drop to 60% at night and had not slept for days and they couldn’t care less. Repeated calls for help were ignored. Stay away from this physician and his staff. Evidently a patient’s health and well being are of no importance here.
been seeing dr. Guan for past 3 years. During pandemic dr. had released me to go back to work, but did not do a work release. Could not contact dr. During this time. As a result , I had no source of income for 3 months. I have BCBS INSURANCE., and a NEW LUNG SPECIALIST.
