Dr. Malone performed microdiscectomy surgery for my L4 L5 disc herniation. Dr. Malone, PAC Palmore, Office manager Kate and staff were all professional and outstanding in every way. I am extremely pleased with the care I received before, during and after the procedure. I was miserable and in considerable pain and am now pain free and back to being myself..........Thanks to Dr. Malone and his team.
My husband and I have both had multiple microdiscectomy procedures with Dr Malone. He is simply the best! Dr Malone is extremely knowledgeable, very conservative in treatment recommendations, extremely kind, LISTENS, and is easy to talk to with concerns. You can tell Dr Malone loves being a Neurosurgeon and genuinely wants to help! His staff is amazing! Kate the office manager is extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful In working through a denied insurance claim.
I met with Dr. Malone and he was through in my examination and listened well to my symptoms and experience. I am glad I chose him to be seen by. A+ surgeon/physician.
Of all the doctors I have visited in my 67 years, Dr. Malone stands out as the most professional, dedicated and caring doctor I've ever had. Despite his impeccable credentials, he treats you as if you are more important than he is. He really cares. More importantly, his technical ability to actually determine the root cause of your problem and deliver the solution was invaluable to me. I could not recommend him more highly for those who need medical help in his area of expertise.

He is very thorough in finding the exact cause of the problem at hand. So, after find what he believes is the cause, rather than doing an unnecessary surgery, he will recommend what he believes is best for you. He is not in this for the money, he is in it to do the right thing for his patient.
This man treats you like you're his most important case. His level of expertise puts me at ease. He was deployed, and even read my films while away. Who does that? He told me, if you were my wife, I'd tell you to wait for surgery. That was good enough for me. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Malone , as I know he is always going to do what's best for me. Good man.
He is intelligent, insightful, thorough and generally a total breath of fresh air in a medical climate that tends toward the cattle-call get-them-in-and-out mentality. I am devoted after one appointment that capped numerous doctors before him who never seemed to care or even look at my medical records.
Dr Malone has got to be one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. I was a nurse for 15 years, so I should know! He has treated my partner with the utmost respect and no question is too small to ask. He also has a very competent office staff, who treat you like family. The personalization they offer is so appreciated!
