I may have been a bit apprehensive because Dr. Goss appeared so young but by the time I left the office I felt like I understood the surgery, recovery time, etc. The surgery was a success but I ended up having a spinal leak. Dr. Goss helped me to relax about the whole second surgery. He explained everything. He always asks if you have questions. He really listens. 7 weeks after my second surgery and I feel like a new person. I have my life back. Thank you Dr. Goss

Dr. Goss is very professional and at the same time personal. I appreciated the amount of time he spent with me at the office, and he and his PA helped me see what my neck issue was by looking at the MRI so that I could make an educated decision whether to have surgery or not.

Dr. Goss has been treating me for an injury to my spine since July 2017. He and his staff have taken the time to explain my condition and all options available to treat it. I have had many questions for things I have no training to even understand the injury, the mechanics of how the spine and disks work, and the treatments of such. Dr. Goss took the time to address all my fears and questions I had for nerves being affected by my injury. I have faith in him to treat me with a full recovery.
I have been to Dr Goss twice for cervical epidural injections. His office is excellent they return a call in an instant and he explains everything in black and white. He has wonderful bedside manner. J am hoping to not have to have surgery but I feel confident if I have to he will be excellent!
Dr. Goss and his entire staff are polite and professional. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude makes me feel like they are genuinely concerned about me. In fact, whenever I'm asked about my surgery and if I would recommend Dr. Goss and the SMOC Family my immediate response is absolutely! Then I proceed to the office number from my cell phone. It's good to know there are doctors who treat people with dignity and respect who team up with staff who also embrace the same ideology.
Excellent Surgeon. I couldn't be happier!
