An absolute gem! Great bedside manners and showed that he cares about his patients.
Dr. Goss has been treating me for an injury to my spine since July 2017. He and his staff have taken the time to explain my condition and all options available to treat it. I have had many questions for things I have no training to even understand the injury, the mechanics of how the spine and disks work, and the treatments of such. Dr. Goss took the time to address all my fears and questions I had for nerves being affected by my injury. I have faith in him to treat me with a full recovery.
I have been to Dr Goss twice for cervical epidural injections. His office is excellent they return a call in an instant and he explains everything in black and white. He has wonderful bedside manner. J am hoping to not have to have surgery but I feel confident if I have to he will be excellent!
Dr. Goss and his entire staff are polite and professional. Their attention to detail and welcoming attitude makes me feel like they are genuinely concerned about me. In fact, whenever I'm asked about my surgery and if I would recommend Dr. Goss and the SMOC Family my immediate response is absolutely! Then I proceed to the office number from my cell phone. It's good to know there are doctors who treat people with dignity and respect who team up with staff who also embrace the same ideology.

Heed my warning. I know the pain and suffering that has brought you to a surgical consult. Take the time and get a second opinion. You only have one back, find the best surgian possible. My experiance was one of gratitude and appreciation. When the pain I was experiencing required further attention i was told face to face nothing is wrong. After the discussion about my post surgical pain. They wanted to do an epideral steroid shoot so I agreed please just help. Finally found great care elswher
Dr. Goss has operated on me twice. My beck back in 2012 and my back in 2013. Each time I have gone to him, he has been very compassionate towards my fears and concerns. His office is always busy so people need to understand he is short and to the point. He is not rude.
Dr. Goss was rude, showed no compassion. Will never go back.
