Very thorough and explained all possible treatments.
Dr. Goss has a natural ability that puts you at ease as soon as you meet him. I was somewhat anxious since I had been on a 3 year quest in trying to get some answers. He explained my condition very clearly. He then went on to explain my options in detail. He stressed that I didn’t need to make a decision today. I left his office feeling encouraged and grateful.
Dr. Goss and his staff are both welcoming and straightforward in their treatment of spinal disorders. I will follow up on Dr. Goss's recommendations with my general practicioner, as he recommended. Beeing seen by this practice reaffirms my belief in true, caring medical practices still alive and well in the USA!

I had the great misfortune to have had a cervical epidural injection Mar 2024. it was the worst medical procedure of my life. He did not even give appropriate numbing and I felt Every STAB of the needle. I screamed and was virtually terrified that I would be permanently damaged. His only response was “it’s a painful procedure.” Oddly none of the others I’ve had were painful. What’s worse is to find that my referring MD wanted me to see a specific pain specialist not this guy. Wish I had read his reviews.
I had a good experience. Dr. Fox performed a microdiscectomy in July, 2023. My pain got worse instead of better. I suffered a few more months until I was referred to Dr. Goss for an injection on November 1, 2023. I have not had any more pain since then. It is slowly creeping back, but I have appreciated the relief since November.
Did not like his bedside manner and decided that I would not let anyone cut on me who I did not trust. Good thing...found out I needed less invasive surgery
I agree with all the other about this so called Dr. If you look at SMOC where he works you will see why you should never ever ever see this guy....he is rude, nasty and just a creep. He will call you names and make rude comments about your dead family members. He has no regard to doing his work or treating you with any respect at all Does not take the time to listen to you at all. Dr. Goss was on call when my mother broke her hip. He did such a bad job that she had to have it all redone 10 months later by a different doctor. Not sure why he didn’t admit this was not his specialty and call in a specialist who does hips. Instead my poor mom, whose 93, spent 10 months in terrible pain. He did admit he didn’t cement it down. It was heartbreaking!
