very good surgeon
Was referred by Dr. Richard J.Lilly's office to evaluate and treat neck and lower back pain. When calling I press one to set an appointment, to be greeted. I state I'm trying to set up an appointment and the person says Ok and hangs up on me. I call 5 more times pressing 1 to set an appointment only to be hung up on, so who is accountable in this case? Hire better employees to work within your practice and maybe you'll see an uptick in patients.
My Mother saw Dr Dorin on a Tuesday. he was such a amazing doctor he was patient and understanding. The two girl in the front were awesome Elizabeth and janet they spoke spanish and help my mother fill out her paper work. i would return!
