Hands down, best optometrist/customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone, including the doctor, helped with my toddler and worked around her. They didn't take my insurance, but I stayed and paid out of pocket simply because they made everything so easy and were so excellent with us both. Everything went perfectly, I can't thank them enough for making my visit so easy.
From the moment I walked into the tastefully decorated office I felt comfortable and relaxed. I was greeted promptly and courteously. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, give me options and ultimately guided me toward the best choice for my situation. Just started going to Dr. Braun.... what a great doctor. I am so impressed.... he's not only knowledgeable, but very personable and thorough. I go to his Watertown office and have found his staff to be very friendly and most helpful. He told me today that he sees himself as a "tinkerer" which got my attention right away.... he likes the "tinkering" needed in the fit for contact lenses. His eyewear selections are current, classy and includes a wide variety. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend this doctor!
