RecommendedMy daughter has been wearing glasses since she was 2. She started ice skate and had an issue with her glasses fogging up so we wanted to get her into contacts. Dr Braun got my daughter into contacts when no other doctors would. He has all the cool technology and knowledge. I highly recommend!!
This optometrist is very good, however the staff don't give u the information need to pick up your glasses. We waited two weeks like they said nd no one called. When we went in to pick up our glasses the very snotty receptionist told us we needed an appointment. We were not informed. Have a pleasant visit.
Worst business out there. Prepare to wait well over an hour or just get bumped while waiting well past your scheduled appointment. Absolutely worst unprofessional in this scam of a business. You are being warned - STAY AWAY!!! prices on eyewear are double normal practices and office people do not care. They play favorites to sell product and push back standard eye exams. Best bet is to find someone more respectable and knows how to actually treat a patient instead of being pushed around like a customer.

See your patients on time and do not squeeze others in at my expense. Happy to never set foot back, and also to NOT recommend your office. I will be doing just the opposite.

What great staff! My teenage son had his first eye exam...was a bit nervous. The staff & Dr. Braun really put him at ease. Easy to get an appointment, good location. Nice choices for eyeglasses but didn't see many inexpensive ones (which might be nice in certain situations). Would prefer to support Dr. Braun's business vs BJs.
