Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

The service received from the provider is quality care. However, my experience today with the front desk staff and office manager was unplesant. The front desk staff Ms. Gomez was rude and unprofessional and should not have patient contact. I was suprised to know that some how this is tolerated at the office because when I complained to the office manager Maggie her response was "this is not the first time she has been rude". This rude individual began to argue with me at the front desk then proceeded to discuss this isssue ... read more
