Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? I felt extremely pressured Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous
