Excellent visit
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the care my grandfather and I received during our recent appointment with Dr. Robbins, Neurologist, on 9/12/2025 at Memorial West. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM, yet we were not called back until 10:39 AM. Once we were finally seen, Dr. Robbins spent only 2–3 minutes with us. Straight shooter, that's what Dr. Robbins is all about No sugarcoating, no beating around the bush, no small talk. Dr. Robbins is all about getting to the root of the problem. Refreshing, to say the least. Highly recommend if you're looking for a doctor who'll give it to you straight 5/5 stars. You will find an efficient n friendly office staff with Pamela leading the pack forever...she is as direct a no nonsense kind of person and that is totally refreshing I highly recommend this office as the place to go. Dr Robbins is truly an expert at what he does.From the start he explained everything clearly and gave an honest, accurate outlook on my husband’s procedure. What he said was would happen is exactly what happened— no surprises, just results. My husband’s recovery and outcome were exactly as Dr.Robbins described, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
