Well!!!! Before I went to Dr. Robbins, I read the reviews and was very skeptical about going but I still went anyways. I must say that my experience was amazing both visits. The receptionists were top tier, very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. When I met Dr. Robbins , he was polite the first and second time and made me feel comfortable. Absolutely horrible doctor, 2 hour wait for a 5 minute visit, condescending, and arrogant. Will not go back.
My experience with Dr. Robbins was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I have ever had within the medical system. Rather than carefully evaluating and addressing my concerns, Dr. Robbins appeared rushed, dismissive, and uninterested in obtaining a complete medical history.
