From my first visit to the follow-up care post surgeries, Dr Sybert maintained very professional and thorough contact with me. The surgeries he performed on my lumbar (2013) and cervical (2012)(both fusions) are still both holding up very well. Dr Sybert performed the lumbar surgery in 2 hours in comparison to the surgeon I went to prior who took 7 hours for basically the same type of surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Sybert!

Was referred by many to go to Dr. Sybert. I had minimally invasive surgery and had incision complications (my body apparently does not like dissolving stitches). Had to have a second "surgery" under a local to repair my incision. All was done in good time and professionally handled. Appreciated the fact that I could have some relief from my back pain without having to be "fused" and with a shorter recovery time.

I like this doctor fine but I am insulted by Ortho Neuro's lengthy wait times. When I make an effort to be on time to an appointment, I should not be kept waiting 2 hours to see a doctor. One time, although there are probably about 75 chairs in the waiting room, almost every one was filled. When I finally got in, the PA rushed me through questions and cut off my answers. Unfortunately, wait times there are always huge for all their doctors. There is no excuse for such rudeness.

Dr. Sybert is not your typical orthopedic surgeon. He takes the time to listen to the patient and order all necessary testing to get proper diagnosis. He is not arrogant, treats his patients with care and empathy Excellent surgeon. Short recovery time. I have recommended several people to his practice from lima Ohio. It's worth the time to drive 90 miles to New Albany. Absolutely the nicest and most knowledgeable surgeon I have ever met.

He is very arrogant! After surgery I was in excruciating pain and kept telling him something was wrong. He kept telling me nerves take a long time to heal. After two months, no relief. I was taking tons of pain medications. Sybert conceded a screw may be mis-aligned. I had a CT-Scan. Long story short, he said scan looked ok. I got a second opinion and had a surgery 9 months later by different doctor to remove his hardware and redo fusion. Syberts fusion failed. Permanent nerve damage now!
