C-spine surgery is scary. My research led me to find that Dr. Sybert is rated #1 in Ohio, I had no interest in who was #2. I was losing the use of both arms due to the pressure on both ulnar and both radial nerves. He clearly explained the procedure and the responsibility that I have to physically recover, physical therapy etc. Essentially, he made it possible for me to get my life back. I would gladly recommend Dr Sybert to anyone. Asks the right questions, easy to understand, Surgery is a last resort, and never makes you feel rushed. 5 star all the way.

I have had to visit/referred to MANY Drs. due to Chronic AND NOW post op severe pain. The illicit opioid crisis has caused fear in all drs.ALL THOSE that I have seen thus far. The overzealous DEA, DOJ, & CDC have them running scared. This review would probably have been much better, if the Gov’t. would let them do their job w/o fear. Most all I have seen are employed by hospitals who are also cutting back on much needed RX’s. Dr. Sybert was truly a magician for me. I had scoliosis, stenosis, tumor, bulging, degenerative discs and my spine was twisting. I had put off surgery for as long as possible, saw a pain management specialist and was afraid I wouldn't have a good experience. Dr. Sybert straightened my spine and I am basically pain free now and wish I had had the surgery sooner. I can't recommend Dr. Sybert enough!
I was told in my city that I would need a level 3-4 back surgery by 3 surgeons using rods, screws and cage/basket. I went down to see Dr. Sybert and I knew within two minutes he was the one! He had the confidence and the experience! He was definitely worth the wait! I went into surgery at 11:30 am and was in recovery at 12:30pm. By 4:20 I was back in my city and in my home with only a 2” incision!! Fabulous
