Hello. Each of my, and my husband's, visits to Dr. Fergus' office have been a pleasure. Annie has the hands of an angel, and the front office staff is better organized than my computer. Dr. Fergus gives me the confidence to know that whatever happens re: my husband's and my dental needs, he has the technical skills and a patient care-heart to take care of us. Very impressed! My husband and I both came in and we loved it! Very friendly staff and very open and accommodating.
Loyal customer for over 10 years. One stop shop for so many things from extractions, teeth whitening, and routine check-ups and cleanings! Additionally the office staff are amazing. Little to no wait, quick check out, reminder messages, and quick turn service for those occasional emergencies.
The only reason I'm giving you a 4 vs a 5 is the fact this was the first time I've had to pay for my "gas". I have very sensitive teeth and the gas is the only thing that gets me thru my bi-annual cleanings. It's always been a service I enjoyed at your office and considered it complementary. My hygenist Dottie is awesome! She gets 5 stars!
I can't say enough good things about this dentist office. They are patient, kind and most of all make you feel like family. Best I've ever seen at personality and great work!!!
