My first visit to my new dental office and I couldn't be happier. Was referred by a long-time patient of theirs, and am grateful for her recommendation.
I must say that I am never excited about a dental appointment. That said, I will say at Cooper, Wisener & Fergus I am always greeted by name as soon as I walk in the door. The staff is always courteous and very professional, and that does help calm the tensions of a dental appointment very quickly. They always explain any procedures that are going to take place on that particular appointment and what my insurance will take care of versus what I will need to pay.
