Wait time is too long. Waited 40 minutes to be called for my appointment and after cleaning, waited another 25 minutes to see Dr. Wisener. Not the best experience on the first visit so overall, it took 2 hours to have my teeth cleaned. Hard to do when you are on work time. The quality of care was very good other than that.

Everyone is friendly and pleasant. But what means the most to me is that Dr Wisener and staff are gentle. That is what is important to me. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but since seeing Dr. Wisener and staff, it is no longer something I dread.
