I have been a patient of yours for a long time and have always had excellent work done until the other day when I had my teeth cleaned (i think her name was Kelly) not my usual hygenist. I was disappointed in her cleaning of my teeth and I called your office and spoke to Paula to let her know this...she said someone would call me back and to this date I have received no phone call. The hygienist, Kristine Fugett, did an excellent job. I prefer to have only minor chit chat during visits and she did an excellent job of balancing the socializing with the silence. I'm not saying that the other hygienists are not good; but, Fugett seemed to interact as I wanted.
Kim is a rock star. Seriously.
Seems like the Dr. usually comes in and examins after cleaning, maybe it is only every other time but didn't see dr. on this visit
The experience was great. I normally don't like going to the dentist because previous experiences (painful), but I didn't feel any pain during this visit.

Dr. Wisener and staff are excellent! They are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. I would recommend any and all to go to them.
Both Kelly and Dr.Ferus were very nice.
Friendly staff. Thorough cleaning and examinaton. Feel at ease through whole process. Massage chairs are great! Very positive and welcoming atmosphere, staff, etc. Would highly recommend!
