If you seek a dentist that places your wellness, health and well-being as a priority then Associated Dentists of Northwest Indiana is not the dental office for you! Twice a year I go for cleanings and exams to maintain healthy dental care. During my very first exam the dentist told me that he “was not going to make any money off me!” I never heard a professional healthcare provider said that to me even if they were joking. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted.
They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all.
