Very pleasent. He answered all of our questions. Hesaid every thing was progressing very well. Told us that we would not need a follow up apointment for six months.

My whole diagnosis, tests, and surgery was excellent. I can not say enough about the personal touch that is given bythe doctors, receptionists and the whole staff. It makes the treatment and surgery so much better to have people that care and treat you like family.
The facility was excellent and will be A+ once the room renovations are complete. The staff, especially Dr. Waters' two nurses, was excellent. All the nurses were good, friendly, helpful and very caring. Dave's progress is coming along well and hopefully in a few weeks will be better than ever. Dr. Waters care was excellent and he answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend the Heart Center at Mercy to anyone needing the services. Keep up the good work!
We met with Dr. Waters to discuss my surgery to remove my upper lobe of my left lung, Dr. Waters explained things well and made me feel very comfortable.
