Dr. Herman was extremely nice, gentle, and efficient. I had to get a decayed wisdom tooth pulled, and he got it out in under 5 minutes. It's the best dental experience I've ever had. I will recommend him to everyone I know needing dental work.
I was able to get my dental appointment completed on my lunch hour. I really appreciated how nice Gail and Monica were at my appointment.
I was very satisfied with everything, I wasn't in the waiting room for 2 minutes when they called me in. I was in the chair for about 2 hours having two old crowns replaced and Dr. Herman spent the majority of the 2 hours with me. He made the crowns right there in front of me, no waiting a week for them to come in so no temporary crowns to make, fit and grind. It was amazing how we'll they fit immediately, I was extremely impressed.
