I was seen promptly. The tech greeted me, that is, had eye contact! That doesn't happen everywhere. In some offices, a sour-looking person comes to waiting room door and yells out an unfamiliar name, "Anna." I don't use that name but since we are required to give our entire name and whatever that first name is, that's what we are called. Others complain about the same unfamiliar name-calling.
