Great service as always!
I am in the middle of implants and they are not fun, but this office has been helping me with soft liners every time you turn around For my bottom plate all this year and they never complained. They were there when I needed them. i don't think anyone else would have been so generous.
Monica is always terrific. My teeth/gum line is very sensitive now and she does a terrific job handling this sensitivity. The only issue I have is the amount of time it takes from the time she calls Dr Herman that she is ready for him until the time he is able to come and check me. It was around 20 mins. I understand he could be in the middle of something, but it does only take a few mins for me - he is only with me a 5 mins. I don't feel rushed by him - we do discuss all my concerns, but I would prefer not to have the long ... read more

The staff, dental assistants, and dentists there are so friendly and caring towards their patients. They work well with children with ADHD, Autism, and other special needs. I recommend any family to go to Herman Family Dentistry.
