My teeth cleaning was excellent!!!! My crown was recemented and I'm good to go!! Excellent service!!
My 4 year old daughter was a little concerned about the dentist but Katlyn came out to her and sweetly introduced herself and held my daughter’s hand as they walked back to get the cleaning done. My daughter was all smiles afterwards. She loved the “spinny toothbrush that cleaned her teeth AND counted them, then the water that was sprayed all inside her mouth, then they sucked up all the water.” All of the stuff was very friendly and explained everything well.
First time visit. Very impressed with professional service, clean environment, pleasant staff.

Everyone was very kind. They were willing to work with every request I had, and were able to answer all of my questions.
The staff is friendly and comforting. They explained all that was happening and kept me informed. They also repeatedly ask me if I was ok. They worked quickly and efficiently. They put me at ease.
I recently got my first cavities filled. The staff was reassuring and the dentist made sure I was properly numb before drilling. I can’t say it was a a fun experience, but I do believe that they made it as pleasant as possible.
All of the staff I encountered was very professional and friendly. I was given great information and options, and presented with price quote before hand, so I wasn't shocked afterward. Pat was lovely the entire time, making sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Stein took care of my dental needs. She was gentle and made sure I didn't feel any pain thru the procedure, and gave me quality advice afterwards. I will definitely be returning
The staff and doctors at Herman family dentistry r very efficient and friendly, I've always had great care and my kids too, I highly recommend this dentist office
