Had an emergency visit today, they were very quick to get me in. Visit went great, they were very professional and gentle.
They are always willing to reschedule appointments as needed and are very thorough.
I was seen on time and staff was professional and courteous. When I called for appointment Mary got me in the next day Very satisfied with Herman Denistry
As in the past, I received nothing short of outstanding care and customer service. The staff is of the utmost professional and courteous. I highly recommend them. Monica is a great Dental Hygienist. She takes great care of my teeth. Dr. Eric Herman is fantastic period.
Herman Family Dentistry has a nice friendly atmosphere upon entering. Kind "Hello's" greet you. Immediately there is a feeling of "as a patient, I count to them". All this goes together to give us confidence that they are professional yet warm at the same time. AND, they know what they are doing! I have a sense that I am in good hands here. Looking forward to future appointments.
She was right to the point, when my guard did not fit she quickly fixed it and had it perfect. Very nice!

Going to the Dentist can be scary. The staff at Herman Family Dentist were professional, kind and attentive. They explained the procedure and what to expect in the future. So glad we made the switch!
