I have been a patient of Dr Hickman for over 20 years and have absolutely no complaints of his professional and caring treatment.
Staff fails to respond to messages left at the office. Staff fails to code paperwork properly for lab insurance coverage.
He listens. He works with you. His staff will call you - back or to inform.
My wife and I are writing this to let others know what an asset we feel Dr. Daniel Hickman is to the Sacred Heart organization. At ages 76 and 77, we have had many primary care doctors in our lifetimes and Dr. Hickman is by far the best primary care doctor we have ever had. Dr. Hickman and his staff are amazing. They take care of three generations of our family, yes three. They take the time to listen, ask questions and explain answers to any questions we may have. They have always treated us with respect, been timely in response and make us feel like they genuinely care about the well being of our entire family. I would highly recommend them.
Dr.HICKMAN always takes his time with you! Always answers your questions and is the most helpful and intelligent doctor we have ever had. His demeanor is always very calm and listens. The staff, meaning desk personnel and nurses are very very nice.
He stepped up and took care of my father after a bad experience in pensacola. My father was almost dead. Thank you for taking the extra time to care. Hopefully he is on the way to recovery No more va hospital, primary care physician is important
