I have visited Dr Cohen a couple of times and I must say he is a good listener and goes out of his way to help his patients. Dr Cohen puts his patients always in priority which is what a patient expect of their doctors. Highly recommended..
Absolutely rude reception, no customer service, no communication skills. The staff does not understand basic patient requests and hung up on me multiple times. Poor problem-solving skills. Dr Cohen has a deep knowledge about the orthopedic medical management and he was highly efficient in delivering patient centric care even under very tight constraints. I Highly recommend him.
