With great pleasure I thank Dr. Sagoo for his brilliant high professional skills as an orthopedic surgeon. He is not only a specialist of high level, but a careful friend for his patients. We need more doctors like Dr. Sagoo. My 84 year old grandma got her knee replacement surgery done by him and everything went exceptionally well! Grandma was treated like family. Dr. Sagoo was very thorough with the exam, patient with our questions, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Out of his busy schedule he took the time to call and follow up. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Great customer service as his office and while staff is very friendly and helpful.
My hip replacement surgery, July 2018, was expertly done with very little pain. His extra training in hip surgery was a plus. His warm focused manner with patience to really listen (not writing on computers or being distracted by his staff) was impressive. He responded to my call about a concern post surgery, when out of town, attending to it the same day. Commendable! His care at Good Samaritan Hospital with the floor specializing in joint replacements was a key to my speedy recovery.
Dr. Sagoo has been terrific in caring for my mom. He is very kind and compassionate and willing to take the time to explain everything both to her and to our family. We are out-of-state and his willingness to respond to our questions has been extremely helpful. Thank you so much!
