Excellent & professional care from the moment I arrived. Friendly, helpful & courteous staff from receptionist to x-ray technician to Ericka (Dr Cassidy’s nurse). Dr Cassidy was super. He took time with me and gave me additional options for my wrist problem that I had not received from my doctor in Kansas. I would highly recommend Dr Cassidy and his staff.
Dr. Cassidy attended me promptly, was skilled in delivery of care, provided instructions for aftercare and prompt in post-operative care delivery. There could not have been a better experience.
I am always very pleased with how I am treated by the staff and Dr. Cassidy. I do not have insurance, and they have very gracious in working with me to keep the costs down.

Dr Cassidy is professional, friendly, and personable. I would recommend him; however, it’s also important to understand that orthopedic surgery is not a common topic and it is unlikely I will even have an opportunity to do so. But if it comes up then you betcha

My husband and son both have had good experiences with CSOG over the years so when I injured myself I knew that I wanted to see a Dr at CSOG but didnt have experience with any of the hand/wrist doctors. Dr Cassidy and his team were great from the first visit to the last which included surgery. It’s not often I see a dr who isn’t running out the door to get to the next patient, they took the time needed and didnt rush me to make sure I was taken care of and my surgery couldn’t have gone better.
Dr. Cassidy is awesome! My joint fracture was ignored during my hospital stay and healed incorrectly- Dr. Cassidy got me an appointment immediately and scheduled surgery to accommodate my next hospital surgery (on my hip) so I didn’t have to make extra trips/arrangements. He went out of his way to make it happen and happen quickly! But the most important thing- my hand is doing very well. I wasn’t optimistic when I was told my situation, but after surgery and PT, I have my hand back!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful I liked Dr.Cassidy smile he was very polite and helpful explaining everything I needed to know, I trust him to do my surgery on my carpal tunnel.
