Wonderful experience with Dr. Cassidy. He did surgery on my trigger finger, and I’ve had a great result. I was awake for the surgery which was quick and easy. He and his staff are all very personable.
Doctor Cassidy is an extremely caring, compassionate and intelligent orthopedic surgeon. He explains everything in great detail, but also in a way where it is very easy to understand. He listens to his patience and a dresses their concerns and honestly makes you feel like your his only patient when he's in the room with you. His staff is also fantastic. I would highly recommend Doctor Cassidy for anyone who needs a hand or wrist injury evaluated.
I asked for a Ref to be sent to Dr. Cassidy as he had done a previous pinky finger nerve repair for me in Sept 2018 and he was a phenomenal and very caring doctor. This visit for a consult for Carpal Tunnel was just as great. I also discussed a thumb injury in vball from almost a year ago...several docs had told me it was just arthritis, but I kept telling them something else was wrong as it has never stopped hurting from the July 2019 injury. Dr.Cassidy is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He does his job well and I knew i could trust him with my care since the first office visit. I got really lucky as he was my on call doctor when i went into the E.R. He had me scheduled for surgery the next day and was able to squeeze me in just before the holidays. He is a great physician and you can trust in him and his team of medical professionals.
It was very quick and Dr. Cassidy provided me with all the details I needed for my current issue and walked me through what the next steps would be. I was a bit nervous going in but I left my appointment completely at ease and fully comfortable with what is to come thanks to Dr. Cassidy.
Dr Cassidy was great. The check-in staff were not efficient and one lady was one step away from being rude.
