Dr Cassidy was friendly, attentive, and well prepared for our visit. He took time to explain things to my 13 year old son with a double fracture. My son felt safe, well cared for, and empowered to be a part of his own medical decisions.
Saw Dr Cassidy for osteoarthritis of my thumbs. He is very thorough and great listener. I didn’t feel rushed and he explained all my options. Definitely would recommend Dr Cassidy. All the staff at CSOG are fantastic!
I really appreciate Dr. Casidy's compassionate, kind and simple explanations and straight to the point skills. He listens to your. Concerns and get you to the place to help you to feel better. I see him as very caring and sincere and funny on some things like that MJ or JJ thing we talked about concerning.that patch of color on my risk (smile). I would recommend him to my family and friends and I am so glad to have found him for myself.
I saw Dr. Cassidy today for possible carpal tunnel in one wrist and possible tennis elbow on the opposite arm. He was great in his evaluation, by taking each completely separate, giving me his diagnosis (golfers elbow and not sure about my wrist - but options), and options for both. He was very receptive to my issues and me wanting to continue mountain biking, and that he would be available for anything in the future, if my pain does not resolve. Highly recommend Dr. Cassidy!
Dr. Cassidy answerall my questions, was thorough, compassionate and caring. I look forward to my next appointment for the checkup.
Dr Cassidy was very helpful for my problem
Excellent & professional care from the moment I arrived. Friendly, helpful & courteous staff from receptionist to x-ray technician to Ericka (Dr Cassidy’s nurse). Dr Cassidy was super. He took time with me and gave me additional options for my wrist problem that I had not received from my doctor in Kansas. I would highly recommend Dr Cassidy and his staff.
Dr. Cassidy attended me promptly, was skilled in delivery of care, provided instructions for aftercare and prompt in post-operative care delivery. There could not have been a better experience.
I am always very pleased with how I am treated by the staff and Dr. Cassidy. I do not have insurance, and they have very gracious in working with me to keep the costs down.
