My impression was the doctor was very busy and had only so much time before she moved on. Minimal explanation in regard to my concerns- no real diganosis and seemed to leave most of the information with her nurse. I was underwhelmed and went to someone else. It was like night and day- wish I’d gone to that MD in the first place!

Said goodbye to calf pain, cramping toes, and back pain with my custom orthotics. Thanks to Dr. Ferrelli, who showed genuine concern for my aged aching foot, I am much more comfortable . No need for a bar of soap in the bed or ibuprofen for a good night's sleep!

Four weeks ago I had bunion surgery. Everyone I knew who had had that surgery experienced a lot of pain afterwards. I had a much better experience! Mild discomfort but no pain, back in sneakers walking reasonably well in 3 weeks. Could not be happier with the outcome I have. Dr Ferrelli is a very talented, caring surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Her staff are all very friendly also.

Excellent experience! A previous Dr at a large practice brushed off my concern while walking out the door....Dr. Ferrelli listened to me and discussed what she could do and together we figured out the next step. I feel like I will be able to walk without pain again. Thank you. P.s. receptionist Lorraine is very friendly!

Dr. Ferrelli is a talented having a very high arch. The special Supportive orthotic shoe inserts she had custom made for me are simply wonderful and have made such a big different in my life. She was able to adjust them so that I can now walk and stand for long periods of time very comfortably & easily move from shoe to shoe. With a family history of fallen arches - I no longer have to worry about that either!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrelli for about a year now and I am very pleased with the service that she has provided. Dr. Ferrelli and her entire staff are very friendly and have made me feel as if I am a part of the family. She comes highly recommended in my eyes.

I have been her patient for several years now and at no time have I been dissatisfied with the treatment I received. I've called the office on numerous occasions with little notice and the reception staff always manage to squeeze me in within a day or so. The Dr. and her staff are always professional in addition to being extremely pleasant. As for running late, people will wait 15 minutes at Tim Horton's for coffee or wait in line at Disney for 2 hours in the heat to go a 5 minute ride!

I thought i had a major problem with my feet that would require surgery. The pain was excruciating. Saw Dr. Ferrelli and come to find out all i needed was a pair of custom insoles. I no longer have any feet pain. This is the best thing Ive have ever done. Dr. Ferrrelli is always very easy to talk to, she listens to any of your concerns. I have been a patient of Dr. Ferrelli for approx 4 plus years now. The receptionist is very helpful and knowledgeable about insurances as is all the staff
